Locate a news or journal article that details an organizational or group conflict (not a conflict between individuals). In a 2-3 page, APA formatted paper, briefly describe the conflict. Analyze the conflict and identify the type of conflict, the likely causes of the conflict, and the effects the conflict has had on the organization or group (symptoms).
