examine the current situation to identify how improvements can be applied to the service or service process.

3. Critically develop and write up a plan to carry your identified quality improvement process using the PDSA
cycle and three (3) quality improvement tools. As part of your write-up, present your ?before? data using relevant
data analysis and presentation tools.

4. Suggest a plan to evaluate your quality improvement initiative using your collected ?before? results as well as
post-improvement ?after? results
