That is a good point. What do you do if you’re a high risk individual that needs healthcare but can not afford it. Well the good ole government won’t let that happen. The government will find a way to subsidize healthcare, just like everyone else living off the government dime, it is going to come out of taxpayer dollars. There have been some major provisions to Obamacare to help people buy insurance. There has also been talks of expanding Medicaid. Also, there will no denial of service no matter what their pre-existing conditions are. So there you have it, if Obamacare will accept anyone then the problem of adverse selection becomes moot. Under this new legislation, which by the why has strong opposition from the Republican party, everyone must have health insurance whether they want it or not. Just like anything, American’s that are opposed to this new reform are just not educated enough to make sound decisions. Personally I think that once individuals reach a certain health status they should be cut off from insurance especially if they cannot afford it. Just like car insurance, if you cannot afford it then you don’t drive, it’s as simple as that. please answer in 150 words, not more then that use old material from mishken book
